WDC Creative supporting GMYN with every step as they take on the Great Manchester Run 10k

May 24th, 2024

Most of the WDC Creative team are taking part in the Great Manchester Run 10k this weekend to raise money for GMYN.

Some of those taking part are runners and have completed races like this before, with some only taking up running recently to train for the race!

All of the WDC Creative team are raising money for GMYN, with lots of friends and family taking part too.

WDC Creative, based in Manchester, are a full-service design consultancy specialising in innovative, sustainable and human-centred design.

The WDC Creative team have designed their own t-shirts for the race and hope to raise as much as they can for GMYN.

Megan Frazer, Account Manager at WDC Creative, says: “All of the team taking part in the race are up for it, everyone has been talking about the training they are doing and hope to raise lots of awareness for GMYN at the race.

“I’m excited to support everyone taking part and cheer them along!”

Last Christmas WDC Creative supported GMYN by designing them a Christmas appeal that raised money for the Christmas dinner event they hosted. GMYN was the company’s Christmas charity partner, helping to make sure that Christmas was a good time for the young people that are supported by GMYN.

Helen West, Director at WDC Creative, says: “GMYN is a cause that we have been long-time supporters of because their work really does make a difference to young people in our region.

“It’s great to be able to get behind a local cause and know that with every step we will be raising funds which will impact the Greater Manchester community.”
